The Constitutional Law Section is one of the academic implementation elements at the ULM Faculty of Law. The areas of study in this section include issues relating to constitutionalism and democracy, state institutions, drafting legislation, comparative Constitutional Law, judicial power, parties and elections, presidential institutions, regional government, citizenship, human rights, as well as other issues in the field of Constitutional Law. The Constitutional Law Specialization Program will strive to create lectures in a conducive academic atmosphere to produce graduates who are competitive, and will continue to strive to develop and disseminate the scope of knowledge in the field of Constitutional Law to support efforts to improve constitutional law in Indonesia.
